The problem with people like that is that if you ignore them they continue their outrages, but if you respond they see it as proof that they’re right and feel martyred. Maybe someone should make them some poached pears with ex-lax sauce?
interesting, our gospel reading this past sunday was the story of Jesus eating with the tax collectors and how the pharases were criticising Him for hanging out with sinners. He shows us by example that all are welcome at His table and that those who worry about the letter of the law instead of the law of love are not His followers – perhaps Mr. Phelps needs to put away his old testament and dust off his new testament before his day of judgement arrives. peace, Al

You know what’s so sad is seeing his little grandkids spouting this kind of crap at 5 or 6. I’m so embarassed to be from the same state as freddo. He even picketed my sisters high school play at LHS because it had “gay” references. The man is absurd and insane!
