Office Space
My new computer came last week. I’m not sure if I like it. It’s smaller than I thought it would be and it doesn’t have the high gloss screen I thought I had ordered. One of the keys was half off when I opened it, so I think I might just use that as an excuse to return it and not pay a restocking fee. (What is up with that by the way?? How utterly ridiculous and annoying. Like putting a computer back on a shelf for them to resell is worth 15% of my purchase price! I hope someone starts a class action suit!) Anyway, I do like the inegrated webcam, and Dell is a good brand, but I’m thinking of getting this HP from Best Buy the next time it goes on sale, even though HP isn’t my favorite brand. Any suggestions?
Anyway, to make room for the new laptop in my home office, I had to move the desktop PC to my other desk. Now I have two laptops (my work laptop and my play laptop) on one desk and my Desktop PC on my other desktop. Get it? LOL. Here’s how my new office space looks:

yeah, i never really understood that. i understand the logistics behind it– and usually i would dote on the details but i am pretty tired right now –though, but i still dont like it.
suggestions? i would suggest dell’s new 13inch xps laptop :D
you could use it and return it to dell before the return date is up and wait till black friday for some notebook deals.
i was going to personalize this, but wiki is far easier since it requires less effort:
“black friday , the day after Thanksgiving in the United States, marks the beginning of the traditional Christmas shopping season, although retailers often decorate for the Christmas season weeks before-hand. Many retailers open very early (typically 5 A.M.) and offer doorbuster deals and loss leaders to draw people to their stores. Although the day after Thanksgiving has served as the unofficial beginning of the Christmas season for decades, the term “Black Friday” has been traced back only to the 1970s and did not achieve widespread popularity until about 2002.”
many ppl go as far as to camp out for the deals offered on BF. also not all deals on BF are in store only. they can be found on the retailers website.
ps.: there is also “black monday” , which is the monday after the wknd where a lot of websites give deals/discounts.
oh haha i get it… took me a couple of reads. cause your desktop is on the top part of your other desk…? is that it? lol gah im so slow
eyah i hope my dad buys me a car for my bday, i surly dont have enough money to buy one for myself yet ::sigh:: hm, wait that means your bday is 6 days away also! yay lol
Hope you’ll get the right laptop…but hey, having two on one desk is not too bad!!
Have a great long weekend!!
I want my desk next to a window so i could see the nice sunny outdoors! It brings comfort to me.
